Steps for creating exams:
1.Teaching staffs will create questions for their subjects
2. Teaching staff will create exams. (Select Questions and classes)
3. Publish exams to students
How to take care of the complete exam process:
1. Create a TEST exam for all students before your real exam dates so students will be familiar with online exams.
2. Communicate the Helpdesk of your school and Article "How to take an exam" to students.

Administration - Configuration - Setting - Helpdesk for parents
3. Communicate the below points to all teaching staff.
- How to Live Monitor an exam:
- Go to Report menu -> Live Exam
- Select the live exam and find Participated and Not participated Students
- Retake exam of students who already participated in the exam:
- Go to Report menu -> Taken Exam
- Check students in "Retake" column and click "Allow Retake" button
- Retake exam of students who have not taken exam:
- Go to Report menu -> Taken Exam
- Go to section - "Exam Not Taken" and click "Allow Retake"
- Submit exam of students in case if missed to submit exam because of the Internet or technical issues
- Go to Report menu -> Taken Exam
- Go to "Exam Taken" section
- Click button - "display Not Submitted exam".
- This will display all students who have not submitted exams.
- You can submit exam one by one all students.

- Go to Report menu -> Taken Exam
- See list of students. Click on details.
- You can save Marks and enter your corrections for each question.
- How to Declare exam
- Go to Report menu -> Taken Exam
- Click button - "Declare Exam result"
- Share exam details with other teachers for copy checking
- Go to Report menu -> Taken Exam
- Click button - share
- Check teachers and click on the share button
- How to check descriptive question type
- Go to Report menu -> Taken Exam
- See the list of students. Click on the details.
- Go to descriptive question and check answer from student.
- enter marks and corrections and click Save button
- How to export marks of an online exam to an academic exam (Example - PT -1, SA1..)
- Go to Report menu -> export marks
- Select your exam
- Select Class, Subject, Scheduled test and Click "Get Marks"
- Click on - Overwrite Exam marks, then click "Save Marks" and then click on "Convert" button
