Yes, you can schedule meeting in advance. Create meetings for full week and share meeting id and password in a pdf document with students. share same pdf on school website, Chat module of scientific Study APP. Also send bulk sms. Update date and time of future meetings in your first class.
Question 5. Is there any time limit in FREE version of Zoom?
Yes, 40 minutes. You can reschedule meeting after 40 minutes.
Question 6. How many students can join meeting?
up to 100 students
Question 7. How can I mute all students?
Yes, You can mute / Unmute all students. Go to "Participants". click on "Mute all"
Question 8. How can I share meeting details with students?
Go to "Participants". Click on Invite link. Click on "Copy URL" or click Gmail.
Question 9. How students will ask questions?
Instruct students to ask their questions in CHAT or raise hands in Zoom. Unmute that student and answer him.
Question 10. Do I need to buy a paid plan for using Zoom?
You can use free plan without any problem.
Question 11. How many meetings can i organize in a day?
Each meeting is limited to 40 minutes in free plan. You can start a new meeting immediately after 40 minutes.
Question 12. How can i set agenda of my class in only 40 minutes?
Prepare a short lesson plan with a homework. Prepare content in power-point slides, Upload images in homework. Take class for 20 minutes and 20 minutes for question and answer.
Question 13. How can we all staffs communicate with each other.
Use Scientific study chat module.
Question 14. How can I share my mobile screen>
You can open homework, classwork in scientific study app. Share your screen and all uploaded images, link, video will be shared. You can also share a photo, google drive document after clicking on share button.
Question 15. How can i share my whiteboard?
Click on share menu in zoom APP. There is "whiteboard" menu in the list.
Question 16. How much zoom meeting consumes data?
It consumes data. Turn off video of all students.
Question 17. What I need to do in case if i have weak internet?
turnoff your video, Turn off your sharing screen. do communication only with audio. Ask students to refer homework, classwork in scientific study app.
Question 18. Is Zoom secure?
We are not authorized partner of ZOOM. we are using zoom in our own company.
you can improve security settings in zoom.
simply click security menu in zoom and enable - waiting room. allow only known person.
Enable password in zoom meeting .
